  • burn-time expectation
  • destination port

Document checklist

  • SGS inspection report Attach when the buyer requires third-party inspection evidence.
  • MSDS Common importer request for charcoal handling and compliance review.
  • certificate of origin Confirm origin-document wording before relying on it.
  • packing list Needed for carton counts, weights, and container planning.

Commercial Review

Commercial terms remain supplier-confirmed after current lot, route, and document review.
