Use this checklist to define moringa form, quality limits, and buyer-required documents before supplier review. Include required documents so suppliers can review current lots.

RFQ fields to include

  • leaf or powder form
  • mesh or cut size
  • quantity
  • microbiology limits
  • heavy metals limits
  • organic need

Document checklist

  • COA Request lot-specific analysis where the buyer needs it.
  • microbiology report Common for food, supplement, and tea use.
  • heavy metals report Often required for US and EU buyer review.
  • organic certificate Only include when the buyer requires certified organic material.

Commercial Review

Commercial terms remain supplier-confirmed after current lot, route, and document review.
